All our products have undergone very strict quality control and will be carefully checked before shipment. We endeavor to offer quality product and service to our customers and we want you to have a satisfactory shopping experience with us. If for a given reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may follow the below listed procedures and conditions to return any received item(s).
Returns for Other Size
Returns for other Size for the same purchased style is possible but a charge will be applied. The exact cost may vary since different models may incur different cost. Additional Shipping and handling fees are to be incurred too. Please write an email to us stating the details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Returns for Exchanges
It is possible to return your originally purchased item and ask for an exchange for a different item. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee if you are to return for a lower value item. No re-stocking fee will be applied if a higher value item is to be ordered for exchange. However, additional Shipping and handling fees will be incurred.
Returns for Refund
Our 30 Days Return Policy gives you abundant time to consider your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the item(s) purchased, you can return any unworn item(s) in its original condition and packaging within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund. The shipping, order administration and handling fees are non-refundable, if applicable.
If there are any free gifts along with the purchase, they must be returned with the products which are to be refunded. When we receive your returned item, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Once and it is accepted, your refund will be processed within just 1-3 business days.
Once we received your returned item(s), your money will be refunded to you for any payments less any applicable fees against your purchase. The first credit will be made within 7 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
It is necessary to follow our return procedure outlined below if a customer decides to return a product or the return will not be accepted and the returned item will be rejected and shipped back to the customer:
- Your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Email us for a Return Authorization Number.
- Package Your Return. Include all original packaging if it is for a refund.
- Ship Your Package. Customers are highly recommended to insure the returned package. No written indication of the item as precious merchandise on the parcel since it will increase the risk of theft and loss. You are recommended to mark it as a gift.
